The short version
We only collect what you send us through the forms on this site, we use it to reply to you, and we don't sell it or hand it around. No tracking, no ads.
What we collect
Whatever you type into our contact or support form — usually your name, email, company and message. That's it. There's no analytics or advertising tracking on this website, and no cookies beyond what your browser needs to load the page.
What we do with it
We use it to answer your message, prepare a quote, and keep in touch about your project. Nothing else.
If we end up working together
Some projects need access to your accounts — email, files, hosting. We ask for the least access that does the job, use our own named logins rather than shared passwords, and ask you to switch that access off when the work is finished.
How long we keep it
Enquiries sit in our email and notes for about two years. Records from actual projects we keep for as long as we're working together, plus whatever our accountant needs us to.
Who else can see it
Only the everyday tools we run the business on — email, cloud storage, accounting. We don't share your details with anyone else unless we're legally required to.
Your choices
Email us any time to ask what we hold about you, to fix something that's wrong, or to have it deleted. We'll sort it within 30 days.
