About us
No jargon. No ghosting. No six-week silences.
We both spent years in corporate roles before this. We've always been the type to get curious about a clunky process and not let it go until we've found a faster, easier way to do it. That's basically the whole business now.
Aldea means village. We turned what we're good at into a real business instead of just freelance work on the side, so we can help more small businesses — not just a few favours here and there.
When you hire Aldea, you talk to the person actually doing the work. Scope, price and timeline are agreed in writing before we start, and you get documentation you can run with on your own afterwards.
Most of what we build pays for itself in hours handed back to your team. If it won't, we'll say so before you spend anything.
How we work
Five steps, no surprises in between. We don't over-promise — if something's not realistic, we'll say so before you commit to anything.
We get on a call and hear what's actually going on — the process, the deadline, what you've already tried.
We turn that into a short, plain-English plan: what we'd build, roughly how long it takes, and what we need from you.
You read it, ask questions, change anything that's off. Nothing starts until you say go.
We build it, checking in along the way so nothing's a surprise at the end.
Handover, a walkthrough, and we stick around for the first 30 days if anything needs tweaking.
Want to see if we're a fit?
A 30-minute call is usually enough to tell.
